Review #1 - Cannibal Holocost
October 2, 2009This will probably be the only time where I felt sick and disgusted by watching a horror movie. I do love a good horror movie, but I guess I rather be scared than disgusted. I really don’t know what make me feel sick. I do know that there are still tribes in the world that practice cannibalism so I suppose that part wasn’t as terrible as I thought. I suppose that seeing the whole brutatility of the film makers in the movies that make me lose my hungers for several days. I will say that the movies will either do two things for you, make you sick to your stomach or make you question the civilized and uncivilized. I will never watch that movies again and will stick to scare movies till my stomach stops acting up.
Rant #3 - Food Stamps
August 11, 2009I am so sick and tired of food stamps. I’m sure back where it was first created that it was a good cause. Now people abuse what was given to them. Instead of buying actual food to cook for meals, I see them buying snack food and sodas. When convenience stores began taking food stamps, the started going there too. Should people really have the ability to purchase such things? Perhaps the government should take away foods stamps. Perhaps they should restrict certain things as well. Sometimes a good idea can go back. But people will always abuse that which has been given to them.
Rant #2 - Some parents shouldn’t have kids
August 7, 2009I happened to walk into a gas station to get some soda and while I was waiting to purchase them, there was a mom and her son in front of me buying cigars and a toy. When the employee told the women that she didn’t have enough on her card, she told the person to remove the toy just to buy her cigars. Are people that insensitive that they’ll ignore their kids for things they want.
Rant #1 - The Franklins
August 5, 2009$100’s are a major problem to most businesses. But I bet your wondering why? Money and money right? Wrong! Who buys a dollar item and pays with a hundred?! It’s just to get change and most businesses don’t have that kind of change, be that they just opened or that they don’t have that much cash on hand for securitiy perposes. Since the banks are the ones that mostly likely give customers they money, they should simply give $20’s instead or break $100’s themselves. It’s what banks are for, right? Not the corner store near your house.
